For more than three decades, the department has maintained the highest standards in vehicle maintenance, inspections, and transportation procedures. This remarkable achievement reflects a consistent focus on safety, accountability, and care for every student who rides a Willow Springs bus.
Transportation Director Logan Schwalm leads the department with a strong emphasis on preventative maintenance and operational excellence. Supporting that work is bus mechanic Tommy Rothermich, whose attention to detail and dedication help ensure every bus on the road meets rigorous safety standards.
