Prom will be held at Dolly Parton's Stampede followed by Incredible Pizza. Prom will be on April 22-23. More information is coming soon.
For her senior project Courtney Ames is providing free prom dresses and free alterations for any girls that need them for prom. If you are in need of a prom dress and would like to save your money, contact Courtney or Mrs. Wilson to sign up to choose a dress for FREE.
If your attendance percentage for this year is less than 90%, you are not eligible to go to Prom. Also, if you have more than 15 days that you have served in Bear Recovery, you are not eligible to go to Prom. If you aren't sure if you fall into either of these categories, please see Mrs. Cochran or Mrs. Jenny, and they can tell you where you stand.
Interact members need to turn in Convoy of Hope volunteer forms to Mrs. Siler by Friday if you are going on the trip.
Claire Clarkston is having a trivia event, Saturday, January 21st, from 2-4 pm at Grimes auditorium for her senior project. Bring your family or get a group of friends together for a fun time. Contact Claire Clarkston or Ms. Berry for more info.
FCCLA will be selling Valentine Day grams during lunch Thursday & Friday. This year they will be selling artificial long stem roses and keychain Pop-It's. Each item will be $2.00. Bring your money to buy a Valentine gram to send to someone special, a friend, or even yourself.
Kaylee Pendergrass and Madison Bay are hosting this years' Pink Out game on February 7th. They are selling t-shirts and bracelets; proceeds will benefit a local family battling breast cancer. Shirts (S-3XL) are $15 and bracelets are $2. Order forms are in the student information boxes by Mrs. Jenny's window. Orders are due January 20th.
The Sadies Dance will be on February 3rd. The theme is Pretty in Pink. Tickets will be sold during lunch time January 30th through February 3. Tickets can be purchased at the door as well. Tickets are 1 for $6 or 2 for $10. Out of school guests must be approved, forms are in the Student Information Center and are due on January 30th. Turn forms into Mrs.Jenny.
