Game Day. . .Tonight the Lady Bears begin their 1st round of districts in Seymour. The Willow Springs Lady Bears will take on the Conway Lady Bears. Game time is 7:30 P.M.
The Elementary and Middle School buildings will be hosting books fairs next week, February 26th - March 1st!
Students can shop during the school day all week long. Families can shop on the evening of Tuesday, February 25th (Elementary 5:00 - 7:00 p.m./Middle School 3:30 - 7:00 p.m.)

Game Day!!! Tonight the Lady Bears host the Cabool Lady Bulldogs. We will be recognizing our only senior Aspen Atwell. Game time 6:00 PM. The Boys basketball team travels to Houston for an SCA Contest. Game time 6:00 PM. Go Bears!!
Over the month of January, students in the Willow Springs School District participated in the Fields of Dreams Uganda SCA Change for Change Challenge.
Our students raised a grand total of $1,800 and are the winners of the SCA Challenge!
The funds will support the Fields of Dreams Uganda Ekisa Scholarship Fund, which provides scholarships to students at partner schools in Uganda.
Willow students will have the opportunity to connect with students at St. Kizito Primary School via Zoom calls, letter writing, and encouragement through cultural exchange opportunities.

The 4th/5th grade Willow Lady Bears basketball team won the championship at the Liberty Winter Shootout this past weekend and qualified for State in March!

Game Day!!! Tonight we celebrate our seniors as the Boys Basketball team hosts the Cabool Bulldogs. JV game begins at 6:00 PM followed by the Varsity game. Senior ceremony will be held between the JV and Varsity game. Bear Media will broadcast the varsity game on the Willow Bears Youtube Channel. Go Bears!!

Due to the potential of winter weather today. There will be no school in Willow Springs on Monday, February 12.
Join us on Tuesday, February 27th from 5-7 pm for our Elementary Family Fun Night and Community Showcase!
The Community Showcase is a way our district can share the amazing opportunities our students have when they step into the classrooms of the Willow Springs School District. Community members and Bear families will be able to experience projects completed in a variety of content areas. Some teachers and students will showcase different activities that attendees can experience for themselves.
The Elementary School will have crafts set up in the cafeteria, the book fair will be going on in the library and chromebooks will be available for AR testing.
There will also be food trucks set up!
Game Day!! The Bears are on the road at Gainesville today. Start time is 1:00 PM with 2 quarters of JV, followed by Varsity.
